Our Team
Chris received his Bachelor of Science degree, with honors, from Lawrence Technological University in Southfield, Michigan. He majored in Civil Engineering with a Construction Management emphasis. He brings more than 20 years of building, construction and carpentry experience to AMC. He has worked in both commercial and residential design and is well versed in surveying, drafting and AutoCAD design. Chris is focused on creating well-balanced designs for our customers and oversees all aspects of estimating.
Daryl is the Vice President of Arrow Millwork and also is a Captain with the City of Milwaukee Fire Department. Daryl has an extensive and diverse background that he brings to Arrow. Whether it’s his experience in the US Army, at the sheriff’s department, at the fire department, or as an expeditor for a premier Milwaukee area home builder, Daryl has had more than 20+ years in the managing people and in the construction industry. Daryl serves as Arrow’s Director of Human Resources as well as the head of our Commercial division.
Jake was born and raised in Milwaukee, WI and has been a part of the AMC team for more than 15 years. He began his career in the industry with experience as a union carpenter for two years. Having a broad knowledge base, Jake brings great insight to the build process. He will work closely with your builder’s staff as he coordinates the production and details of your project.
Christine received her Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She works on both new residential construction as well as commercial design projects for Arrow. She is well-reversed in AutoCAD, CabnetWare, Chief Architect, and Adobe Creative Suite.
A graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Lynn joined the AMC team in 2013. Having previously served as an award-winning marketing & public relations manager for a major telecommunications company, Lynn is well-versed in client services as she handles project management and marketing for Arrow.
Noel began his career with Arrow in 1999. Having worked in nearly all of our production departments over the years, Noel brings a lot of knowledge to each and every project. Noel works closely with our design team and production staff in his role as Millwork Manager.
Cesia brings a diverse background of design and project management to Arrow. After she earned a Master of Arts in 2015 from UANL, she worked as a Senior Designer and Project Manager for Lima Woodworks in Monterrey. She is experienced in AutoCAD, Promob, CabnetWare, and Adobe Creative Suite.
